SAFE RIDE WITH THE PRINCE!
OK, this is a story I've been waiting to tell you for some days now.
Before I tell it to you, I want you to read this story, knowing that everything that happens is beneficial in one's life.
So I was supposed to depart for Spain last weekend.
And last Thursday, I found American Auto Insurance through Karl-Heinz in Frankfurt.
It was one of those wonderful leads, after calling my old insurance company.
The insurance costs half of what I would pay for German insurance as a tourist.
So on Thursday, Karl-Heinz prepared the insurance and Fed-Exed it in one day.
He sent it to a company here in Munich that prepares the paperwork, license plates for autos.
So on Friday morning, Rosie (Leon's godmother)and I took the campervan,(called Club Joker) to the Zulassungsburo fur KFZ.
I asked Rosie to drive because I didn't know Munich and I had not a chance to practice driving the Joker.
We arrived bright and early to the bureau and there was Wolfart, the man who was to take my paperwork, along with the van, to the Munich licensing authorities.
Wolfart looked at all the paperwork and was immediately disgusted, because there were some errors on the insurance papers. (while this happens, inside I am saying,"hurray, hurray and smiling and imagining a beautiful outcome!)
So he said, now we will have to go to Stomberg 30 km. away, where they are not so strict. And he said to me, "Are you ready to drive?"
Well, as you can imagine, my heart was in my throat, just like the germans talk about americans they way they talk, as though they have a potato in their throat!
I said to Rosie," Rosie, I haven't ever driven this van! I need to practice!"
And Rosie was the perfect angel to be there, because she looked into my eyes with a big smile, and said,"Annie, you have to begin SOMETIME! YOU ARE DRIVING TO SPAIN! YOU CAN DO IT! YOU CAN DO IT!"So we took 10 minutes to sit in the van, where I could practice the feel of shifting.
To start driving was literally like jumping off the cliff. I had not planned it this way, AT ALL! It became clear, though, that I was supposed to do this! (and I reminded myself that I MUST ARRIVE AT THE JEWEL. THE JEWEL PROJECT MUST HAPPEN! AND I MUST HAVE MY HOUSE ON MY BACK (LIKE A TURTLE) WHEN I ARRIVE!
And 10 minutes later, I was driving the van behind Wolfart to Stromberg, after asking St.Germain to help me do the impossible!
A few times, the van quit at the lights and I immediately started it again, Wolfart ever so patient with me.
I kept cheering myself on! Hurray! Hurray! I turned my fear into excitement!
And I kept telling myself to focus.
We pulled into the munincipality in Stromberg.
When I got out of the van, I smelled something.
I thought I must have not let the brake off completely.
Getting the license tags and paperwork in Stomberg was a breeze.
Another delightful young woman was there to help us out.
She took no notice of the errors.
Wolfart turned into an angel,too.
He was so kind and he was relieved to be in Stomberg where bureaucracy was at its simplest.
Wolfart pointed me in the right direction and took off.
And I said, OK, St.Germain (the angel who I speak of helps with the seeming impossible) help me find a gas station and then the way back to Munich.
All the way home, there were angels standing, waiting to help me.
At the gas pump, a handsome young man walked over to me to explain that I get the gas first, then pay. "Is there anything else you need?", he asked.
As I drove down the autobahn, I knew something was not right with the gear shifting and I couldn't figure it out, and the campervan gave me just enough forward motion to bring him off the autobahn in southern Munich parked in front of a Mini Mal (grocery)I asked St.Germain for my next help. And there was another handsome young man who noticed me, and he offered to help. He suggested he first park the van so its parked legally. Then he drove me back to Gina's.
I walked the last few blocks to Gina's, and I asked St. Germain for someone who would look at the campervan to determine if we could drive it back. And as I was passing by my neighborhood shops filled with angels, I waved again to the young Bolivian pizza maker, and it dawned on me that he is the one!
So I went back to him, and he was just about to take a break. He sat and pondered the information, readying a plan of attack, and then determined that we would go back by the underground. So we did in the rain.
All along this eventful day, I kept remembering what Zoe had told me...just keep being determined and cheer and laugh, no matter what the reality looks like...
and that's what I did! I even kept applying my pink lipstick(which Klaus had hinted days before was missing from my face. He had seen my web picture and wanted to see me looking like that picture!)
So Cesar and I went to the van and he tried to get it going. It would start, but it didn't want to budge forward at all. Something told me, I was not to leave Munich during this period when light energy was pouring in powerfully Aug.12-18.(www.whatsuponplanetearth.com) It was not the time to go.
Cesar is 26. He came to Munich at the age of 21 because of a German girlfriend. He grew up in Cochabamba,Bolivia, where I spent two years teaching school. It was comforting for both of us to speak in his native language and I shared with him The Jewel Project. The more we spoke, the more curious he became.
So I named the campervan, PRINCE.
And of all the stories I could make up about what happened, here is the explanation which I truly feel is the truth for me:
The question is: What am I attracting, that I am?
So I reflected, and I saw that everyone or every animal or every important piece of equipment in my life, comes to me being gold, truly gold. And they arrive in my life because there is one piece of their life, which is part of them, which they need help with. It is something within the core. It is something that couldn't be transformed thus far. I've often been called "the catalyst". It's the favorite words to describe me by Jan Stringer and Alan Hickman at Perfect Customers. Jan and Alan told me recently,"whatever your doing, just keep doing it. You are truly the catalyst."
