THE CAMPERVAN MISSION

So I've been in the process of attracting a perfect campervan to take us to The Jewel in Spain.

Gina wanted to help me before she departed for Italy. She had just one afternoon last week. She woke up early to get on the internet to do searches. She went through some frustration and first thought ...there must not be many Volkswagon campervans for sale in Germany, 'none of my friends have ever bought one'. She wanted to help me before departing, and I encouraged her to relax about it, since I felt that the timing was not quite right for turning up a van at that moment. I said to Gina,"we might as well relax on this last afternoon together. This is not the day to hurry to find a van. Let's just explore what would really light us up!" And so we did. We ventured for a cappucino, then picked up Leon, her 9yr old delightful son, who was at the moment in a cranky phase. Then we boarded our bikes for the forest. Gina showed me the secrets to the forest trails and it was on that day, after Leon who wasn't in the mood for anything but being in protest, Gina and Leon sent me off to find the beer garden in the middle of the forest.

Gina left me with some great resources...Klaus and Lis, her in'laws and the web site:

A few days later, I took a train to Klaus and Lis's home outside of Ingolstadt, about an hour by train from Munich going north. I think I wrote about my visit with Klaus and Lis. They live in a tiny village, 1800 years old, on a little hillock. Klaus designed and constructed their home and also is the resident gardener, nature research scientist, website builder, former petroleum engineer, and overall ideal Rent-a-Husband, the type of man my sister,a single Mom, Becky so appreciates.
He also knows automobile engines and everything around it. Lis is a cheerful keeper of the home, takes Klaus's vegetables and produces the most delicious recipes. They joke that they often have to ask the other for help with remembering something and between the two of them, they manage to get enough information.

So Klaus taught me a few things about the practical side to purchasing a van. I am the visionary, so I envision a yellow van, with flowery curtains in pink, green and yellow. And freshly upholstered and yellow or white kitchen fixtures, and little elves already nestled in the van waiting for me. Now Klaus pointed out to me, that I would also want to watch out for corrosion. And I would want a diesel engine, and so many other important details. So now, everything I look at, gets passed by Klaus for deeper inspection.

Our next part of the journey will be joining Klaus to look at a few vans that closely meet our collective requirements.

And yesterday, Robin and I took a little journey of our own to see some vans in a used car lot, read here a little of what this journey was like:

On the 26th, we rose feeling very sore. I've been biking a lot, and my muscles are feeling it. And I wonder that my body was also ready to release other stuff , too.

For the new year, we read from the 13moon calendar and did an angel card reading...
one of the cards was 'holding steady, staying on course with the vision'.

And after chanting and stretching, we ventured in the heat, by stuffy subway to the other side of town to a used car lot. We created being delightful monkeys, after seeing a billboard of 3 monkeys picking the bugs off of each other.

so the used car lot was in a red light district. and the campervans were standing in the middle of 93F sun. The first thing Robin asked was, "do these have air conditioning?"
and they didn't and we thought , 'there is no way we will travel without air conditioning in the van." And the vans looked unkept,,rusty on the wheel bases and frame, and saggy seats. The owner was Italian and he did his best to show us everything as he sweated more than we were.

it was wierd kind of energy being in that part of town, where the buildings look like Soviet block housing and the trams were the oldest and slowest. this was a contrast on many levels.

I realized I wanted to buy from a private owner who takes really good care of the van before selling it.

One of the monkeys started to feel rebellious, thinking that the trip to Spain was not as romantic as she once thought. I could feel the other monkey shifting and I let her find the right time to come forth with her awareness.

We stopped in central, romantic Munich for a late lunch and shopping. I found some dead sea salts, hurray, and when we arrived home I took a hot salt bath on a hot day, and I felt so relaxed , I went to bed early while opera played loudly from the neighbors radio and drumming from another neighbor.

Today, my cards read, Triumphant , Pray, Healing

and most of the message in all of those cards was, pray, pray, pray.
and let the challenges seem like wispy clouds passing by.

So I did. After chanting, I prayed and prayed. And I asked for the Jewel Project and to be guided to all the people that will help with it , and I prayed to be open to the signs pointing the way, and I acknowleged myself for having taken all the steps to put me in this position to be in the next phase of the project, and I thanked the divine for all of their guidance and assistance and resources, and then I sent everyone I could think of...the Betas,my family, and everyone.....light.
